Alias is a visual search tool that helps you find shoes across multiple retailers based on images you upload. We also provide AI-generated material analysis and quality opinions. Search results link to third-party retailer websites — we do not sell products directly.

3. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.

4. Intellectual property

Product images, names, and prices displayed in search results belong to their respective retailers and brands. Alias does not claim ownership of third-party content. The Alias name, logo, and software are our property.

5. AI-generated content

Material analysis, quality scores, and expert opinions are generated by AI and should be treated as informational estimates, not guarantees. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated insights. Always verify material details with the retailer before purchasing.

6. Third-party links

The Service contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Purchases are made directly with the retailer, and their terms and return policies apply.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that search results will be accurate, complete, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to purchases made through linked retailers.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
